Places with purpose.
Malin + Forth acquires, develops and manages distinctive spaces for specialist professional use.
Each property is approached individually — bringing together architecture, thoughtful interiors and practical operation to create environments that are comfortable to use, straightforward to visit and carefully looked after.
Our first property, Half Moon House, is located in Sandyford, Newcastle upon Tyne.

Considered from the building outward.
We look beyond floor area and specification. Each property is considered as a complete experience — from arrival and accessibility through to material choice, furniture, lighting and ongoing management.
Character
Existing buildings and architectural qualities are retained and developed wherever they contribute to the identity of the space.
Purpose
Layouts and facilities are shaped around how the property will actually be used.
Comfort
Material, colour, light and furniture are considered together to create environments that feel calm and welcoming.
Stewardship
Properties remain actively managed and maintained rather than simply completed and handed over.

The first of more considered spaces.
Half Moon House establishes the approach we intend to carry forward into future Malin + Forth properties — distinctive buildings, carefully adapted for the people and organisations who use them.
As the portfolio develops, new properties will be added here.
